We want every homeowner who reaches Promisemm Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Promisemm Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

You should get an email confirming we have your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
